Shiny Pokemon

Shiny Pokemon are really the most rarest and most valuable creatures you can encounter. There is a little chance of encountering, but you have to catch it quick. Don't just defeat it, weak it, then catch it. I recommand you use the Nest Ball and/or Ultra Ball.

Want to know what Shiny Pokemon look like? They look like the same, but with different color. Like for example. If you encounter a gold feathered Noctowl instead of plain brown, then it's a shiny. Green eyed Jigglypuff instead of Blue eyed, shiny. Blue Shuckle instead of red, shiny. It goes on and on.

If you REALLY need to collect all Shinies, then this might be the ultimate and hardest quest you might want to do. If you did collect every evolved shiny in your game, you'd be the ultimate Shiny Collector.

How DO you get Shinies, anyway? I've always wondered. Do they just appear in random battles?

There is a 1/8192 chance of encountering a Shiny.

I have a shiny Butterfree,Shiny Infernape, and Shiny Barboach.

I have Shiny Mew, but I need more than just one shiny.

I forgot to add that the day before DP came out I got a Shiny Cascoon in a trade.

I have a shiny Mew, Umbreon, Espeon, Ho-oh, Lugia, Celibi, Kyogre, Groudon, Jirachi, and Deoxys.

And a shiny Charzard and Blastoise.

A friend of mine has a few shiny pokemon...

My Friend got a Shiny Groundon in the Global Trading Area in D/P.

Yes I do have all of them.

Getting shiny legendaries & starters isn't really that hard. You just need A LOT of patience

You just turn the game on and off if you don't get one. Same with legendary. Save in front of them battle. Not a shiny one turn off then back on. Rinse lather repeat.

Well I don't know for sure.

I hear rumors where you can breed a non-shiny pokemon (Legendaries don't count) and a Shiny Ditto, where you'll get a 50% chance of a Shiny pokemon.
