This water-filled city floats right next to Chronos City, but is unnoticeable from there. The only noticeable features are the shrine on a mountain near the city, in which beasts of water are sealed, and the Aqua Colosseum, which is a tournament. The colosseum is halfway filled with water(up to the stands) with a few platforms.
