The God, Hoborg, created this utopia. But a common mistake when Klogg have stolen Hoborg's life crown to become the dictator of The Neverhood. Unfortunately for him, Klayman has stopped his plans with help of his brains and his courage. If it wasn't for Klayman, the evil Klogg would still have complete control of this world.
